These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Annmax Deals ("we", "us", "our") and all its language editions and pages (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Annmax Deals is

Annmax Deals is an independent editorial index of publicly available retail promotions, sales and campaigns. We are a reference and information resource — we are not a shop, we do not sell products or services, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. All purchases happen on the retailer's own website under the retailer's own terms, prices and policies. We do not issue, sell or distribute coupon codes, vouchers or gift cards of any kind. Listings are for information only — the price shown at checkout on the retailer's website is the only binding price.

2. Listings and accuracy

Listings are compiled from publicly available retailer pages and written in our own words. Promotions, prices, discount levels, dates and conditions are set solely by the retailers and may change, be extended, or end earlier than stated. We aim to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, accurate or still valid when you view it. Always confirm details on the retailer's website before making a purchase decision. If you believe a listing is inaccurate, tell us and we will review it promptly.

3. Affiliate links and monetisation

Some links on the Service are affiliate links: if you click one and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the retailer or its affiliate network, at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Compensation never influences whether a promotion is listed, how it is described, or its position in rankings.

4. Third-party websites

The Service contains links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, practices or privacy policies. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

The Service's design, text and compilation are protected by copyright and database rights. Store names, brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may link to any page, quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link, and share listings on social media or in communities. You may not, without our prior written permission: (a) copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the Service; (b) systematically harvest or scrape content, including with automated tools; (c) use the Service or its content to build or train a competing product or dataset; or (d) frame or mirror the Service. Factual information such as sale dates and discount figures is not owned by us, and nothing in this section restricts lawful use of facts.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or overload it, introducing malware, accessing it by automated means in a way that impairs its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on listings or from transactions with retailers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Copyright complaints

We respect the rights of others. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@annmax1983.com with: (a) identification of the work; (b) the exact URL(s) concerned; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or amend the content promptly.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
