Annmax Deals ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on affiliate marketing.

1. Who we are

Annmax Deals is an independent editorial index of publicly available retail promotions. We do not sell products ourselves. This site provides information only: we do not issue, distribute or redeem coupon codes or vouchers, and any purchase takes place on the retailer's own website, where the price shown at checkout is final. 2. Information we collect

• Usage data. Pages viewed, offers clicked, approximate region (derived from IP address), browser and device type, and referring URL.
• Cookie preferences. Your consent choices are stored locally in your browser.
• Communications. If you email us, we process your address and message to respond.

We do not create user accounts, do not collect payment information, and do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on consent for analytics and advertising-related cookies, and on legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention and aggregate traffic statistics needed to operate the site.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics is provided by a third-party service configured with IP anonymization where available. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time through the consent banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Many outbound links to retailers are affiliate links. Details are explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. When you click an affiliate link, the retailer or its affiliate network may set cookies to attribute the visit; we do not receive your personal data from those networks beyond aggregate commission reports.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share limited data with: (a) analytics providers acting as processors; (b) affiliate networks, only as necessary to track commissions; (c) authorities where required by law. Under the CCPA/CPRA this processing does not constitute a "sale" of personal information, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention

Aggregate statistics are retained indefinitely because they contain no personal identifiers. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (GDPR), or to request disclosure of categories of data collected and to opt out of any sharing (CCPA/CPRA). 9. International transfers

Our hosting and analytics providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
